Our organization is registered by the Federal Democratic of Ethiopia before 10 years. Actively works: Women's health and hygiene is one of the key challenges around the world. In developing countries, including Ethiopia, awareness about the use of menstrual pads and proper hygiene practices is insufficient in rural areas. Most women use rags, torn scraps, worn-out cloth, and other similar materials. This leads to upper urinary tract infections and other severe health problems, as well as imposing significant economic and social burdens on the community. Furthermore, due to the lack of adequate information and education, most women have their educational opportunities disrupted. In Ethiopia, especially in rural areas, 75 percent of the women are affected by this issue. Our organization has developed new models for producing, distributing, and marketing affordable, reusable menstrual hygiene pads.In addition, we provide free menstrual pads to female students in government schools and to other women with limited purchasing power. Creating awareness about HIV/AIDS for vulnerable children and women. To combat gender-based violence (GBV) by implementing programs focused on prevention, awareness raising, and supporting survivors, particularly focusing on engaging men and boys to challenge harmful gender norms and promote gender equality within the country. IGA activity a small-scale business or project undertaken by individuals or groups to generate income and improve their livelihoods, supported by WGS-E. WASH program for rural area:improve access to water sanitation and hygiene promoting good hygiene behaviors, and ensuring properly latrines use. We are working with several partner organizations on these and similar initiatives
